Q. Who is the Holy Spirit?
First and foremost, he is God, the third person of the Trinity. Jesus called him another comforter which literally means one called alongside to help. He is my comforter, strengthener, guide, teacher, advisor, advocate and my closest friend. The Holy Spirit does everything for me that Jesus did for the disciples. Receive ye Holy Ghost in his fullness and you will never regret it.

Q. What does it mean to be born again?
John Chapter 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily I say unto thee, Except a man be born again he cannot see the kingdom of God.
The new birth or regeneration is one of the primary doctrines of the church, without the new birth you cannot receive the kingdom of God, eternal life or salvation. The new birth is a re-creating and transformation of the person by God the Holy Spirit. The new birth comes to those who repent of their sin and turn to God and place personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
